1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arraigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Arraigo provides a web-based tool that helps users fill out official Spanish government PDF forms by collecting data through a guided questionnaire in English and generating pre-filled PDF documents.
3. Not Legal Advice
Arraigo provides a software tool to format data into PDF documents. We are not immigration lawyers, legal advisors, or gestores. Using this tool does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee government approval of your application. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified immigration lawyer for complex cases.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying that the information entered into our forms is true, accurate, and complete before submitting the generated PDF to the Spanish government. Arraigo is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently erase all stored personal data within 48 hours.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Arraigo contains affiliate links to third-party services. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. All affiliate partnerships are with services we believe are genuinely useful for expats in Spain. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or form-filling guidance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Arraigo, including guides, UI design, and software, is owned by Arraigo and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The government PDF forms themselves are public documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arraigo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
